The instructions specify 5mm. I have 5 mm of down elevator with full flaps, I use Flight Modes (Conditions) I then fine trim during the first Landing. You need the 5 mm as a starting point.

I would check with either of the CARF Reps on the PNP pricing. Being that you're an experienced pilot I see no reason why you could not get your waiver with the Joker.
