The Auto industry has been measuring emmision for years. Even California has its "SMOG" test requirement on autos before the can be registered. I once worked at CAT where we tested NOZ and other...

I've just picked up an older OS 91surpass does anyone have a hard copy or an electronic copy of the manual? Or, do you know where I can get one.
