I have been looking around the engines forum and have noticed that other engines have their own forum so why can't OS. So here is a forum where you can share your stories on your OS engines.

I think what Carter means is an O.S. engine club, like some of the other makes have.

Since I don't know of any Enya, Super Tigre, Jett, MVVS, or any other sanctioned engine forum, within the engine fora of this web site, with the exception of the manufacturers' support fora, one of which I volunteered to help set up, I cannot understand why you would want that.

There are threads within the engine fora, in which anyone can write about any engine, or even praise it.


If you want to praise your OS engine, just go ahead and start a new thread for it, even though there would be some who may reply to contradict you.

This goes for any other engine manufacturer too.

I also believe he means an OS Club like the Saito Club, Enya Club and the Magnum Club here in the Glow Engine Forum.

Thankyou to the people that have at least had a go to get this OS engines forum sorry I meant OS engines Club. I just thought that seem as some of the other engine brands have their own club than why can't os. I'm sorry if I put the wrong Idea into peoples heads about saying "Forum" But I really meant Club.[]. Now keep thos pics and stories commin.[8D]

I have a 46 ax and fx thwey both are amazing a 46 la great engine and have just ordered a new 120 ax should be great.

Carter, maybe you could go back and edit the title of the thread to "O.S. Owners Club" or something like that? ( I considered "O.S. Admiration Society" but that might be going too far. )

Ummm, it's older?

I really can't say, I haven't owned or even operated an SX. I got the FSR off of eBay about a year and a half ago. It had never been run. It has been just as reliable as every other FSR based engine I've had, basically flawless operation. I've had the other FSR engines since the '80s and other than the heli engine, all have been flown recently and continue to run as well now as when they were new.

Edit: Something else I'll say about the .32 FSR is that it's way less touchy than my Webra .32.

Ηi CARTERrc.I have an OS 46 LA engine installed in my Hobbico Avistar and is one of the most reliable and dependable engines i have ever seen.
Also another OS engine yesterday shipped to me.An OS 91FX that will be installed in my Hangar 9 Corsair.

The new 120 ax. Does anyone know what size prop to put on it for pattern? I don't have the engine yet so I can't look at the instruction manual. does anyone have any suggestions? The engine should be here in a couple of days.
