RE: SHOW US YOUR GAS BOATS!
The Golden Banana I got very cheap in E-bay with a unkown engine from china, run it a couple of times and decided to put in a Zenoah 260 with new hardware and it rocks. The Miss Budweiser has adjustable wing, new pipe, more weight on the left and run a lot better than the RTR. The sprint cat has a Zenoah 260 modified by Competititon Hobbies in Puerto Rico and it moooves.

Justaddwata,
You got some really wonderful looking boats, you must be sad to see them go.......
All that work......gives me a push to get my boats finished.

The smallest boat up there is 56" and the 8ft cat in in the rafters (where it belongs).

RE: SHOW US YOUR GAS BOATS!
I pulled out the 30cc Homlite and put in a Zenoah 230.
Im looking foward to water cooling the zen soon.
Great motors and half the weight of the Homlite, same as I have in the 1/5 buggy, but its a 29cc stroker from Oniell bros.

RE: SHOW US YOUR GAS BOATS!
Is that the Team Pro? Looks great! I've been considering the Team Pro along with the Aeromarine Challenger Pro 43. My search right now is in trying to find a quality, small gas mono, preferrably around 40" or less, if such exists.
Any suggestions out there?

RE: SHOW US YOUR GAS BOATS!
Hi Everyone!
Here are some pictures of my first gas powered model boat which I built in 1988. It is a 59" apache hull powered by what was avaliable then was the VERY reliable ECHO 22cc water cooled engine, with a steerable outdrive. By today's standards this boat I would say would be out dated.

What can I say but WOW!!!!!!!!!!! That baby is too purty to race! I know if I had something that nice that the competition would zero in on it like I had a target painted on the side. It needs one of those "Keep back 50 feet" signs hung off the transom.
Hopefully I'll be posting shots of my mono soon. I'm just waiting for a box full of parts to finish it up.
