Mark the fuselage 2.5" back from the leading edge of the bottom wing, on both sides. Flip the plane over and put your fingers at your sharpie marks. I always balance my planes at the fuselage....

It has been a while since I had a CG Ultimate, but can't you still check the balance inverted so you can use the bottom wing for support, and just use your fingers? It is not that big of a plane. ...

The specs I saw on the YS 120 compared to the VV 20 cc shows the 20cc is 1 ounce heavier with ignition. This does not include ignition battery. Unless a BEC is used.

Get 2-56 threaded nyrod. Use the threaded clevis end at the control surface, then make a Z bend at the servo. Support the nyrod sheath/tube, well to avoid flexing.
