Anybody use a DA-60 on the ship? If so, what size standoff did you use? I'm going to pick up a blazing star unit if I can find the dimensions needed from firewall box to cowling front.

Satin finish would make it appear less arfy. I doubt they were able to keep a polish on these planes during carrier or Pacific islands tours.

Wondering if there is a such thing as a quality arf. They all seem to have problems, but at $1000 price tag and to have the firewall let loose like that! It is unacceptable!
