I would go with a standard servo for the flaps, no need for an overly sensitive expensive digital one that burns out quickly. Its not like you need the fine control you get with a digital either. ...

I dont see a reason for putting the ailerons on individual channels unless you need them to be different, I would Y those and use the two ports for elevators instaed.
