On a large scale airplane its good habit to take the gear apart anyway and rebuild them while using loctite on every screw and grub screw...it would also help with finding issues like this thst you...

Soon..maybe a couple of weeks out till the covering comes off of mine..but I will be going over the entire model with all of the CA I can feed it as well as using fiberglass/carbon reinforcements...

Then dont buy one and go away..its cheap insurance..I spend a grand on a kit, 1300 on an engine, 700 or so on gear, plus radio..ill be damned if I DONT do anything to prevent this from happening even...

Was your prop properly balanced? Thst could have taken the firewall out like that as well..

Not to mention every joint in the model should be gone over with red and green ZAP right out of the box to prevent such failures. All arfs are built with very little glue.

If your goingbto strengthen the firewall, just adding epoxy will not be sufficient. You will want to fiberglass the back side of the firewall with 30min epoxy thinned down with soke denatured...
