Yes it is a Bird Bipe. In my opinion its a prettier plane than the fleet.. but both are very cool!. Were to find plans.. I have no idea? Would be a very nice project though Im sure.

the fleet is blue and yellow. i know it looks greeen in the picture but its not. the bird is a lighter blue with gray wings.

Next time I'm with his planes I'll shoot more pictures.

haywood starter is pneumatic. There's a compressor board the plane that fills the tank.

Picture taken from yesterday. My buddy's two planes: his 1931 most original fleet complete with haywood starter and his 1929 bird. The Fleeti is blue and yellow.
Same picture posting problem :(
