What I have done with success is use 6-32 machine screws with blind nuts. I used rubber grommets in between the screws and the cowl, and the cowl and the airframe effectively "sandwiching" the cowl....

I will have to take a look and come back..I am thinking it was a 12 oz...but it's been 8 years since I built it.

With the ST90 I am getting 10 or 11 minute flights..and I usually am on it pretty...

Alfred count me in! Here's the only pic I have on this computer of my Ultimate 10-300, powered by an S90K Super Tigre. Great combo.

One of my Ultimates take an ST 90, 5% Omega, and a 13x6 APC. It has plenty of power..not unlimited vertical...but it climbs like hell, and will also scoot along pretty well
