This thing is insane with the YS in it. My buddy in Vernon has one and it is an outstanding combination. I prefer the lower operating cost and for that I fly a little heavier plane.

Thanks guys! Yes I did add some left thrust. You can barely see the ply I used behind the 1.20 sized mount. CG is at the furthest recommended point...2 7/8" from LE on bottom wing. Tank is an 8oz...

It wasn't finished then ,lol. Yes, it is an awesome motor for this plane. Lots of torque, fantastic pull with the 17x6 Xoars (16x8 works well too)...I love this plane!

The DLE 20 is an awesome engine for this plane. Everyone that has seen mine comments on the performance and the sound. I am thinking of going with a pitts style muffler to make it sound even better!!...

Whatever one you choose, it will have to be cut for the head and plug cap/wire. IMHO, go with the first one 72, the original. It will not look bad at all! I get alot of compliments on my DLE 20...

On the drawing fuel through the line issue...I think it's the length I'm using. With the tank on CG and the fuel fill on the side, mine needed to go to the side and then to the carb...
