The engine mount pulled out do not look like it is at all 60cc rated. Finger joint alone is not good enough. Is this the same for all the Corsairs received so far?

Looks like the firewall came out pretty clean, not enough glue and no triangle support visible at all. Finger joints are great but with vibration they can easily fall apart. I would coat the inside...

WOW!! Looks like you soldered closed the plug holes and re drilled them at an angle. Would love to know more on this as this engine would be great for the corsair.

I purchased a new ignition with 1/4-32 caps, from agaperacing... basically the best place to get parts for any conversion, spark plug adapters, etc they are quick on shipping. The ignition that came...

Speaking of engines, check this out. I pulled out a G62 and put in a modified DLE-60 Twin on my Bearcat. It now fits completely in cowl.
