Should hold together better now for sure. Definitely no loctite used from the factory, and of course the main reason it falls apart so quickly - the stock spring is terrible isn't it? :)

Todd, have you tried replacing the spring to something softer, and used a soft tail Wheel? The stock stuff are both hard as a rock. I changed mine and no problem since (plus loctite)
