Hi.
How did you fix the canopy?
Just with screws?
Did you use adhesive?

I used RC560 canopy glue along the front and about halfway down each side, and used screws, poked a bunch of pinholes along a traced line first into the monokote.

Hi, Rich.
I ordered from Germany.
It took about 1 month for delivery.

Ok, I'm officially reopening this thread.

I never had a project that lasted for so long 10 years +, yeah, I know shame on me, this is the same kit that started this thread.

Now with the Reaction under the belt is time to finish the Turbo, the only thing I need to order is the canopy, I secured a K80 v1 for it, most of the nick nacks I have in my inventory, the retracts came from a Fei Bao T-45 that I had over 12 years ago, the wing was modified to accept them, one thing I did was to enhance the main gear mounts to spread the landing loads, other than that it is build stock, ah! I added the extra bays to the tips to reduce the wing loading.
I'm shutting for a 19lbs to 20 lbs for a dry weight, will see

Great! Thanks for the company Jeff, not much done this week, getting out of a head cold.

I will put my plan togather on how to proceed this Friday, I was thinking that the heat deflector doesn't have to be that long.

Nothing done this weekend, way too cold in the garage but, I did review the instructions and, the next thing to do is to prepare the airframe for the Monokote so, go over it with the 120 then the 220 grit.

Time to do some drawings to pick the color scheme.

I finally had time to do some work on the Turbo, going over the fuse with 220 grit sanding paper.

And 10 1/2 years later the first piece of Monokote is on, yes, black, yellow and some silver will be the colors, why you may ask, because I have a few rolls from the previous build and I can see them good up there

Ok, done for tonight, I'm figuring out the color scheme as I go but, trying to mimic the one in the picture.
